Community Education on Energy Conservation
Mapua University provides outreach for clean energy and energy efficiency. It targets mostly far flung areas like mountainous regions where people are made aware on harnessing clean energy which also helps maintain a clean environment. The orientations and projects like the installation of solar lamps and solar panels to provide power to the community, serves to promote a public pledge toward 100% renewable energy beyond the university.
