In July 2019, Mapúa students conducted their environmental project in ten (10) barangays in Pandacan – Brgy. 830 zone 90, Brgy. 834 zone 91, Brgy. 835 zone 91, Brgy. 842 zone 92, Brgy. 858 zone 93, Brgy. 860 zone 94, Brgy. 863 zone 94, Brgy. 866 zone 95, Brgy. 868 zone 95 and Brgy. 872 zone 95. Students with the guidance of their facilitators impart the significance of environmental restoration and rehabilitation to community life. As part of their initiative, they provided medicinal plants which the residents of the area can use if needed.
